I went looking for answers and didn’t trust what I found.
So I kept looking. Massage therapy. Energy work. Intuitive practice. Not because I was building a career — because I needed to know how to live in my own body.
I’ve had two back surgeries. There were stretches of my life where I couldn’t stand. Couldn’t walk. Couldn’t find anyone who knew what to say.
Nobody said: this will pass. Nobody asked: what would help you? Nobody said: go back to the basics — you already know the answers. Nobody told me to listen to my own body instead of what everyone else said was normal.
So I built something that does.
Shakabuku isn’t a wellness program. It’s not a course or a method. It’s what happened when I stopped waiting for permission to trust myself — and started paying attention to what my body already knew.
That’s what I want for you too. You've been taught not to trust yourself.
