PRACTICE FOR THE CHILDREN

HERE

Your feet are talking to the earth right now. Here teaches children to listen. A simple practice of standing, pressing, and feeling the ground push back. No words needed. Just a body and a floor and a cord that goes all the way down.

Coming soon.

HEAVY

At the end of a big day, a body needs to put things down. Heavy is a quiet practice before sleep — moving attention slowly through the body, one part at a time, letting each one get heavy. Safe-heavy. The kind of heavy that means you can stop now.

Coming soon.

CREATION

Every child’s body is already making something. The way they walk, the way they move, the way they take up space in a room — that’s creative force, expressed without thinking. Creation celebrates that. No instructions. Just movement, witnessed.

Coming soon.

FREE

There is a door in the body between what you feel and what you love. The breath moves through it. Free teaches children to keep that door open — with a practice so simple it feels like play. Breathe all the way down. Let it rise all the way up. That’s the whole thing.

Coming soon.

HUSH

When everything is too much. When the storm is loud. Hush is thirty seconds and one simple thing to do with your hands. It works every time. It works alone. The ground is always there, even when nothing else is.

Available whenever you need it.

FOR YOUNG BODIES

CHILDREN ALREAD KNOW

They land when they jump. They breathe all the way down. They move without asking permission. They feel the ground without being taught.

These apps don’t teach children anything new. They just help them notice what their body already knows — and remember it, for the days when the world makes forgetting easy.

The best way to begin is together. A parent and child doing a practice side by side builds something that lasts longer than the moment. The body remembers who was there. So when life separates you — a trip, a hard season, a goodbye — the child still has it. Not as a memory. As a muscle.

And sometimes the child will feel something the parent has forgotten how to feel. That’s not a small thing. That’s the whole point.

Start early. Come back often. The practices are short. What they build is not.

Here. Heavy. Creation. Free. Hush.

AGES 4 - 7

PURE experience. No words on the practice screens. Just animation, color, movement, and the cord. A child this age doesn’t need explanation. They need something real to feel. The apps give them that and nothing more.

AGES 8 - 12

The same practice, one layer deeper. Small words appear. A name for what they felt. A piece of geometry. Nothing forced. Just a little more for the child who is ready to notice it
